Conflict Coaching
Conflict coaching is assisting one party in a conflict to be better prepared to find a mutually agreeable resolution by exploring the issue(s) from the perspective of all parties involved, developing improved communication skills, and discerning where you are flexible and where you are not flexible on the matter. Working with us in advance of a big talk with someone you are in conflict with can allow you to navigate the discussion in a more open, honest and productive way. Our goal in this type of work is to train you to have a basic understanding of the skills we use in mediations.
Conflict coaching is an excellent option if the other person involved in a conflict is unwilling or unable to participate in mediation, conflict coaching for the willing party can be a supportive alternative to build strategies to move forward without mediation.
